At Maui and Sons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
